Throughout my time at Pennington Choices I have been provided with a series of fantastic training opportunities including the chance to take part in our new manager’s development programme. The result of which has provided me with the tools to know how to handle certain situations, along with giving me the confidence to progress further within my role.
Becoming a part of the Pennington Choices team has significantly broadened my knowledge on asbestos and has also allowed me to develop a series of key skills such as; communication, critical assessment and writing, thanks to the internal training programs and support the company has provided me with.
Being part of the New Managers Programme, directed by our Managing Director, Mark Seaborn, passing the DEA course and receiving my Foundation Prince2. All of these courses have been challenging yet highly rewarding, and they have helped me develop new skills and have allowed a better understanding of my role. I feel honoured to have been given these opportunities and they are definitely my key highlights so far.
